At Jarifa Leather, we want you to love every pair you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it easy for you to return or exchange your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • Made-to-Measure (custom) products are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are crafted specifically to your measurements
  • Items purchased during Flash Sale or clearance offers may have different return terms (please check the product page for details)

Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong size delivered
  • Manufacturing defect or damaged product received
  • Item significantly different from what was ordered
  • Wrong product delivered

Note: Returns due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind about color/style) are accepted only if the product remains unused and in original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us
Reach out via WhatsApp or call within 7 days of delivery, along with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Share Product Photos
For defective or damaged items, please share clear photos/videos of the product to help us process your request faster.

3. Approval & Pickup
Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup (or guide you on how to send the item back) at no extra cost for defective/wrong items.

4. Exchange or Refund

  • For exchanges: a replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item
  • For refunds: amount will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product

Refund Method

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer
  • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

  • Made-to-Measure / custom-crafted footwear
  • Products showing signs of wear, use, or damage caused after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags
